From Virginia Wiedemann:   "Are you worn out from doing yard work, or just plain tired and sore?  This is a good time to create something nice for a great meal, just by grabbing what is available and starting to cook.  For instance..."

Pizza Bagels

2 whole wheat bagels
1 pkg. veggie pepperoni  (Note
your favorite thick canned or jarred spaghetti sauce
thinly sliced cheese -- probably low fat mozzarella
cooking spray

Preheat oven to 375° F.

The next thing you do is split and toast the bagels.  Then place them on a pizza pan which has been lightly sprayed with cooking spray.  Cover the holes in the bagels with a piece of pepperoni.  Then pile on the sauce, more pepperoni, and top with cheese slices.  Slices work best, because it is hard to use shredded cheese and not have it fall off the edges of the bagels.  Pop them into the oven for 8 minutes.

Toss a nice salad, and enjoy!  It really doesn't get any easier than this!

Note:  veggie pepperoni really is as good as the meat kind, and is fat free
