This can be made with leftover coffee or put together from scratch.  It's a great drink to come home to on rainy days.

Spiced Mocha

1 cup milk (OR  1/2 cup milk & 1/2 cup leftover coffee)
1 teaspoon instant coffee (if you used all milk)
1 large pinch of pumpkin pie spice
2 rounded tsp. powdered chocolate drink mix, or a good squirt of chocolate syrup
sugar to taste if required

Add pumpkin pie spice to milk or milk and coffee.  Heat in the microwave until piping hot.  Add instant coffee (if called for) and chocolate.  Taste and sweeten if needed.

Note:  if you drink espresso or Cuban coffee and have some leftover, use all milk and add some of the coffee to taste after it's heated.
