Here's a sweet that has calcium, antioxidants, vitamins and still tastes great, for the kids or when your sweet tooth makes undeniable demands. Strawberry Parfait 2 8-oz strawberry or strawberry-banana yogurt, low fat Wash, hull and thinly slice strawberries. Add blueberries and thinly sliced banana. Sprinkle with sugar and mix lightly. If strawberries lack flavor, add strawberry extract. Set aside for juices to meld. In another bowl, place cool whip. Add 1 Tbsp. chocolate syrup and half a container of yogurt. Fold gently until mixed. Add balance of yogurt and mix just to combine. In parfait glass, place a spoonful of yogurt mixture, than a layer of fruit. Alternate until full, ending with yogurt. Garnish as desired with a drizzle of chocolate syrup, a whole strawberry, sprinkles or coconut flakes. Enjoy!
