Older's site, a place worth visiting. This is an unusual and nutritious
dessert, and a fun item to let the kids help with. Preheat oven to 400F. Peel banana and cut lengthwise in half. Coat banana in lemon juice to prevent browning. Place each slice at one side of a tortilla. In small bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Sprinkle sugar mixture over banana, reserving some for later. Carefully, roll tortilla and secure with toothpick. Brush tortilla lightly with milk and sprinkle remaining sugar mixture on top. Place on well-greased baking dish and bake 15 minutes. Serve immediately. If desired, serve with chocolate sauce. Enjoy!
