Herb and Onion Veggie Dip

1 cup yogurt cheese
1 cup Hellman's Lo-fat Mayonnaise  (Note)
2 teaspoons
dried dill
2 tablespoons dehydrated
onion flakes
1 teaspoon
dried parsley
garlic salt, seasoning salt and table salt, to taste 

Mix all ingredients together.  Make early in the day, or the day before serving to allow flavors to blend.

Note from Bess:  Personally I prefer Lite Miracle Whip, but to each his or her own!
