I also have the same model GE oven.  The igniter went out, I purchased the part to replace it, but can't figure out how to get access to the screws to change it. They installed the igniter with 2 hex screws underneath the burner tube, and no way to get to it - any suggestions before I tear apart the oven or call the local service guy?

Thanks

I think there's instructions on this very subject in an earlier post.  There's two threads on the Appliance Problem forum about GE ovens, check them both.
