I've sent email through the Contact Us email link to try and get an answer to a question about a product shown on the Stanley site that I believe has the size wrong. I wanted to order it, but NO RESPONSE. I placed an order for a Fuller product, and NO response that it's been received, is being shipped, etc. I can find no phone number to call these folks. Does anybody know if this business is still in operation? My order was accepted, according to the automated order site, but I'd have thought they'd have sent a note saying it's in stock, is being shipped or not.
