Order B & Q kitchen..arranged for there fitters for 24th July...they walked off site after 4 hours..because we had men working in the house on another room...bathroom..being plastered...left garage filled up with part made up units and looking like a bomb site. Two boys arrived on the Monday stating we check the stuff but one of them stated he had to leave the job for a little while...came back 4 hours later..food for thought. Now having problems getting B & Q to take this kitchen back..they say unless it is returned complate in its original packing..and not damaged..we would not get a refund. This is a nightmare and trying to get someone to talk any sense at B & Q or even phone you back is something else. This is making me ill. We have written a letter and taken photos of kitchen and the contents of what looks like a second hand kitchen in my garage.
