what seasoning do you use to counteract too much cinnamon

I don't think there's anything much you can do; maybe a little extra sugar. The last time I dumped in too much cinnamon (someone had removed the shaker top) I made a second recipe WITHOUT cinnamon, then combined them.

Yep, Bess ,..... that's what the pros do.
And it's the ONLY thing that will work [unless the overage is a small amout].
