Nope.   You will have less burn if you top it with extra cheese and sour cream, but the only way to fix it is to make another batch with NO chili powder, mix them and freeze half.

Frankly, I have NEVER heard of putting chili powder in spaghetti; will you share the recipe?  I promise to try it.
