Yes, I cook a lot, but very fast because I don't have much time.  If a recipe takes a long time, I don't do it anymore.

It just happens that Watkins featured a recipe for Homemade Cinnamon Rolls.  Notice that it gives two kinds of measurements - cups, teaspoons and so on like we still use in the USA, and liters, milliliters (mL) etc. since Watkins products are also sold in Canada and New Zealand where they use the metric system of measurement.   You can use whichever you are used to.

An easier way to make cinnamon bread is an old recipe, Snippy Doodles.  It's really good and fast, too.
