Good Evening,

Firstly, I would like to say that I enjoy your recipes.I am disabled and this is how I pass my time . Thank you.

My friend had a recipe for " No Cook Pizza " which is one that one bakes the crust then adds the topping after the crust is cold. I hope that you have this recipe or will tell me how to obtain it. Thank you and May God Bless you.

Most "no-bake" pizza recipes are actually pizza ingredients on a chewy bread like French, Italian or Cuban, or an English muffin.  I had never heard of one with a baked crust and cold ingredients.  There's a lot of recipes for no-bake sauces however.  But most require that you apply them to a pizza crust and bake it.

About.com has one for Cold Roast Beef Pizza made with a pre-baked crust.

Actually, if you have a broiler or toaster oven, you can take either rounds of bread or a prebaked crust, spray or brush a little olive oil, put on some bottled pizza sauce or even plain tomato sauce, add whatever ingredients you wish (natuarally saute crumbled sausage first until cooked through), add cheese and a sprinkle of Italian seasoning, and run under the broiler for a few moments just until the cheese thoroughly melts.  We use nearly fat-free cheese and it makes a healthy treat!  Anyone have a better idea?  Please write.
