There's two kinds of orders:  those you place yourself, and those ordered directly by your customers.  Fuller ships UPS except orders that are non-liquid and weigh very little, for instance, hairbrushes.  With some exceptions, each area in the USA has an assigned shipping date.  This keeps the shipping costs at one of the lowest rates in the direct sales market.  Ask the Service Center what your shipping day will be.  Special prices are for a specific monthly sales period, but on or about the 15th of each month (see calendar) reps and customers can order both the current and next month's specials.

Personal Orders    You can order any of three ways:

1.    Place your order online at FullerBiz - the representatives site for ordering, news, and reports.  This must be done two days BEFORE your shipping date to make it onto the UPS truck.
2.   Place your order by telephone.  Call the Service Center no later than the day before your ship date, prior to 4 PM Central Time.
3.   Mail your order.  This is the least preferable option, as you have no control over the day it is received by Fuller, and is recommended only if you must send a check or money order to pay for your orders. 

When your order is shipped, you'll be sent UPS tracking numbers by email, so you can trace and know when to expect delivery.  It usually takes about 4 to 7 business days after leaving the factory.

Customer Orders    Customers can order four ways:

1.   By ordering directly from you.  You then order the merchandise as part of your personal order (helping you qualify for the $300 and $600 level).  If the customer lives at a distance, you can call it in as a Fuller Direct Order.   Give your dealer number, the customer's credit card, shipping address, phone and e-mail, and the items they want to buy using the Fuller Direct System.
2.  Customers can order on your website at FullerDirect.com.  Your own Fuller and Stanley Products entry page will have your name and dealer number on it.
3.  They can order by mail from the catalog you have given them, with your dealer number printed on the order blank and the back of the catalog.
4.  They can also call in their order to Fuller Direct at 1-800-522-0499.  The friendly Service Center staff will ask for your dealer number, and help them place their order.

Note:   You will receive full commission on these Fuller Direct sales, and they will count as part of your group volume.  They can be tracked by totals, date, and by name at your FullerBiz site. This customer will remain assigned to you as long as your account is active (unless the customer places an order under another rep).
