How to Pay for your Fuller order

Most representatives call in their order to the toll-free order line, 1-800-732-1115. Normally this line is open from 7 AM to 5:30 PM Central Time. The discounted cost of the orders are paid for in advance. You may charge an order to your credit or debit card.

Some reps prefer to fax in their order on the short order form that comes with each order, or even clearly on a plain piece of paper (be sure and include your dealer number and complete shipping info). The toll-free fax number is 1-800-538-3332. Either include your credit card number, expiration date and the 3-digit code on the back. Faxing is a safe way to transmit credit card information.

You may also mail your order, including a check (or filling out the credit card info on the order blank). If customers give you checks made out to Fuller (try to avoid this, but it happens), print your name and dealer number on the back and include it with your order. (Please be aware that if the check isn't good, you'll be charged back for it). You can also include a filled-out credit card draft from a customer, and Fuller will process that for credit to your account; there's a tiny processing fee for this. Mail your order to:

If you mail your end-of-month order, please mail from four to eight days before the last order day for that month, depending on your distance from mid-Kansas. Mailing from a post office is usually faster than mailing from a corner mailbox or from your home.
