for customers and representatives in Continental USA

Lightweight items (non-liquid and non-aerosol) and usually sent by US mail. Other orders are sent UPS. Each area of the country has an assigned shipping day for UPS, and from that date, orders usually arrive in 4 to 8 business days. You may receive your order at home, or if that is inconvenient daytimes, you may use any other shipping address - a friend or relative or your place of business. You can contact Customer Service to see which day of the week applies to your zone, and then order at least by the previous day.

Customers and representatives in Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and Puerto Rico will be charged the actual shipping charge. Please verify this amount when you place the order as it is somewhat higher than the above charges. Aerosol and liquids cannot be shipped to these areas, and further restrictions may occur in some states on certain products.
