We know that sponsoring someone is like casting seed; some will sprout and grow, some will. We can "fertilize" our new reps with contact and training. Make sure they know how to contact you in case they have questions. Follow up and be sure they received their kit, and have gone over the material. More important, you can now take advantage of the training series if they have an email address (and almost everyone does now). Send me their email address, and the date their application was sent in. If they are new, we will start with the welcome letter. If they've been on for a couple of months, even if they've not been active, let me know you want to start with the training portion only. They remain YOUR rep, and you earn on them, but you can take advantage of our experience for the training portion.
