  4. And then come back, pick up the menu (or brochure) for re-use, and take the customers' orders.

Orders are generally higher since other family members or friends can see the brochure too

Every 10 brochures can generate 5 to 8 customer orders when picked up. 

Each brochure or catalog can average about 10 uses before it is lost, shopworn or out of date.

Do the math:  20 brochures x 10 uses each x 5 orders per use.
