Ordering Hints and Guidelines

Distributors:   please be aware of the differences between Fuller Direct orders (customers) and Distributor orders.

Fuller Direct:   These are customer orders shipped directly to your customer.  They will pay a reasonable shipping fee and sales tax as required in their area.

Customers can use your FullerDirect pages to order; you will receive full commission less a small processing fee.  In order to refer customers to this website and receive commission, you must first send in the Web Page Application.

Customers can also call in their order to Customer Service at 1-800-732-1118.  Be sure that they give your dealer number.  This is why it is vitally important that you put your Distributor ID number on every catalog, specials brochure or other literature that you hand out.

You can also call your customers' order in using this phone number.  Be VERY sure you make it clear that you are calling in a Fuller Direct customer order.   Usually you will use the customer's credit or debit card; always ask for the expiration date on the card.  On occasion, a customer may have already paid you, and you will wish to use your own credit or debit card.   Explain this clearly; it may have to be cleared first through payment processing.  You cannot use FastPay on a customer order.

You may also mail in customers' orders with their checks, or customers can mail in their own orders using the order blank in the middle of the catalog.  Be sure your dealer number is pre-printed on these order blanks on every catalog you give out.

Distributor Orders:  These are orders normally shipped to you.  You may also ship to another address, for instance if you are on vacation or won't be home to receive it, or rarely you may wish to drop ship to a customer.

You can easily and conveniently place these orders at FullerBiz.com.  You can also call the orders in to 1-800-732-1115.  If you place it online, do it a day earlier than required when you call it in, as it takes an extra day to process.

You will need to use your credit card or debit card, or arrange ahead of time by sending in a FastPay application - this way the payment will be deducted directly from your checking account.  Both are safe methods of paying the cost of your orders.

On rare occasions you may wish to send a distributor order to a customer.  In this case, ask that the invoice be withheld from the order and mailed to you.  You will pay by FastPay or your own credit card or debit card.  Note that this usually (not always) costs the customer more for shipping.  This is called a Drop Ship order.  Do not try to do a Drop Ship through the FullerBiz site; this can cause problems.  It's preferable that you call it in, and give instructions as to the invoice and payment.
