Apple Crisp with Whipped Topping

   

6 to 8 medium apples, peeled and sliced
1/2 C. packed brown sugar, divided
1/2 C. flour, divided
1/2 C. quick cooking oats
1 tsp. Simple Indulgence Cinnamon Vanilla Seasoning
    Or  1/2 tsp. vanilla
           1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 C. cold butter
whipped topping

In the Stack Cooker 3-Qt Casserole, toss together apples, 1/4 cup of the brown sugar, and 2 Tbsp. of flour.  In a separate bowl, combine oats,  and the remaining brown sugar and flour.  Cut in the butter until crumbly and  add the Cinnamon-Vanilla Blend.  Mix, and sprinkle over apple mixture.  Cover and microwave on high power for 10-12 minutes until apples are tender.  Serve with whipped topping.
