1 medium frozen peeled banana
1/2 cup frozen raspberries or strawberries
1 scoop (1/2 cup) low- or non-fat vanilla frozen yogurt
1 cup regular or diet ginger ale
In blender container, place ingredients in order given. Place cover firmly on
blender jar and blend at highest speed until smooth.
