Grilled Pork Tenderloin Chipotle

      

4 pork tenderloins
1 tsp. (or more) Taste of Tupperware Chipotle Seasoning
2 Tbsp olive oil
1/3 cup wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients in a Season-Serve, turning to coat.  Leave in marinade at room temperature for at about 10 minutes or while grill is heating (you can use your broiler also).  (Any longer than 15 minutes, place in refrigerator.) 

Remove from Season-Serve, and grill or broil on high on all sides until lightly browned.  Turn down temperature, or move to cooler part of grill, or turn off broiler and turn oven to 325°.  Cook on medium about 10 to 15 minutes or until pork is cooked through.  Remove to platter and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Do not add leftover marinade unless you bring it to a rolling boil first, to kill any "raw pork" germs!
