Microwave Fruit Crisp


1 medium to large pear or apple, peeled and sliced
2 Tbsp brown sugar
2 Tbsp oatmeal
1 T. flour
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1 T. cold butter or margarine

Spread fruit in a small Vent 'n Serve. Place the dry ingredients in the Quick Chef mini-food processor, and process until blended. Cut butter or margarine into a few small pieces, and process with dry ingredients until blended. Spread on top of the fruit. Microwave uncovered on high for 2 1/2 minutes, or until fruit is tender.

Top with a little Lite CoolWhip if desired.

Note: if desired, add a tablespoon of blanched sliced almonds, pecan halves or walnut pieces to the dry ingredients before processing.
