Orange Salad with Citrus Vinaigrette 3 Tablespoons fresh orange juice In a Quick Shake® container, place the orange juice, lemon juice, olive oil and salt and pepper to taste. Add blender insert and apply seal. Shake until thoroughly mixed; set aside. On a serving plate, arrange the lettuce leaves; top with alternating orange rounds and onion slices.
