1 C. peanut butter (crunchy or smooth)
1/2 C. (1 stick) margarine (regular, not soft)
1 lb. box confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Melt margarine. Place margarine, peanut butter,
sugar and vanilla in a bowl and beat until well combined. Line a bacon
keeper, cold cut keeper, or similar shallow container with waxed paper.
Press brownies evenly into container. Frost with chocolate frosting.
Seal container. Chill in refrigerator for several hours until solid.
Cut into squares. Keep refrigerated for best consistency.
