Pomegranate Sangria

   

1 orange, thinly sliced
1 lemon, thinly sliced   
1 lime, thinly sliced
2 cups pomegranate juice
1 cup orange juice
1 750 mL bottle sparking red grape juice (3.17 cups)

Place fruit in bottom of a pitcher.  Pour pomegranate and orange juice over fruit.  Top with sparkling grape juice. Serve over ice, with a twist of citrus peel.

For an alcoholic version:  Add 1 green apple, cored, halved and thinly sliced.  Substitute 1 750 mL fruity red wine for the sparkling grape juice, and add 2 Tbsp. of sugar if desired.

This drink is beautiful when served in Chic Dining Wine Glasses.
