1 large baking potato, pared
1 medium onion"

1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 egg, lightly beaten

Using Tupperware® Grate 'N Measure,
grate potato and onion and squeeze very dry in paper towel.
Place potato in a Thatsa Bowl
Jr. Add salt, pepper, flour and egg. Mix lightly, until flour is
incorporated.
In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Using 1/4 cup Tupperware® Measuring Cup, place
1/4 cup of potato pancake batter into skillet, 2 pancakes at a time.
Cook until potato pancakes are nicely browned on one side. Turn pancakes over and
cook until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
Garnish, if desired, with salmon and chives.
