Microwave Pumpkin Pecan Cake 1 box butter pecan cake mix Remove and freeze 3/4 cup of the pumpkin for later use. Mix all ingredients and pour into the 3 qt. Stack Cooker with cone, which has been sprayed with veggie oil spray. Cover- microwave on high for 13-14 min. Let stand for 5 min. and turn out onto serving plate. Cool and glaze with favorite reduced-fat or Neufchatel cream cheese glaze or top with lite cool whip. Sprinkle with finely chopped pecans. This recipe appeared in a Tupperware® Catalog or Flyer.
