1 medium onion, peeled and quartered
2 cloves garlic, peeled and smashed to a paste
juice of 1/2 lime
1 15-oz. can diced tomatoes
1 Tbsp. Chef Series™ Southwest Chipotle
2-3 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, optional
Place onion pieces in
Quick Chef with blade cover and
turn handle until onion is roughly chopped. Add remaining ingredients;
cover and turn handle until desired consistency. Remove blade from Quick
Chef. Use Saucy Silicone Spatula
to remove Salsa from Quick Chef.
Serve with tortilla chips. Makes a bit more than 2 cups of salsa.
