1 cup hot tap water
1 large bunch broccoli
1/3 cup rice wine or cider vinegar
2 Tablespoons sugar
1 Tablespoon reduced sodium soy sauce
1 red bell pepper, seeded and cut into thin strips

Remove broccoli from
