Topping: Muffins: Preheat oven to 425° F
/220 C. Coat 12 muffin cups with Watkins Cooking Spray.
In small bowl or cup, mix together brown sugar, 1/4 tsp Apple
Bake Seasoning and Pumpkin
Pie Spice. Set aside. In large bowl, combine flours, cereal, baking
powder, baking soda, 1-1/2 tsp Apple
Bake Seasoning and cloves.
In medium bowl, whisk together applesauce, egg whites, honey and grapeseed oil.
Stir in apples. Pour over flour and spice mixture. Stir with a rubber spatula
until the flour is just moistened; do not overmix. Divide the batter among the
muffin cups. Sprinkle each muffin with brown sugar and spice mixture. Bake for 20
