2 Tablespoons/30 mL fresh lime juice In a large glass bowl, combine the juices, sugar and extracts to make glaze. Stir well to dissolve sugar. Cover with plastic wrap and set aside. Using a melon baller, scoop flesh from cantaloupe and honeydew into balls. Reserve melon shells to use as serving bowls, if desired. To the glaze, add cantaloupe and honeydew balls, strawberries, grapes and optional blueberries. Toss gently to combine. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to blend flavors, stirring once or twice. Spoon the fruit mixture into serving bowls or hollowed-out melon halves, dividing evenly. Serve immediately. Serves 4 to 6.
