Oatmeal Crispies 1 cup/250 mL vegetable shortening In large mixing bowl, cream together shortening and sugars. Stir in eggs, water and extracts. Sift together flour, soda and salt; beat into mixture. Stir in oats and chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoonsful onto baking sheet that has been coated with Watkins Cooking Spray. Bake at 350F/180C for 12 to 15 minutes. Makes 7 dozen cookies.
