2 tsp. /10 mL Watkins Onion Liquid Spice
1 tsp. /5 mL Watkins Garlic Liquid Spice
1 Tblsp. /15 mL Watkins Caribbean Spice Rub
1-1/2 tsp. /7.5 mL Watkins Sea Salt
1/8 tsp. /.6 mL Watkins Nutmeg
1/4tsp.  /1.2 mL Watkins Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. /2.5 mL  Watkins Black Pepper
1 tsp.  /5 mL Watkins Calypso Sauce
3 Tbsp./45 mL Watkins Original Grapeseed Oil
2 Tbsp. /30 mL fresh lime juice
2 lbs. /900 g skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch /25 mm pieces
3 red onions, cut into 1-inch/25 mm pieces
4 yellow bell peppers or yellow summer squash, cut into 1/2-inch /12 mm thick pieces
3 zucchini, cut into 1/2 inch /12 mm thick rounds

Mix first 10 ingredients to make marinade.  Place chicken in a glass baking dish and pour the marinade over the chicken.  Let chicken marinate, covered and chilled, turning once, at least 1 hour or, preferably, overnight.  Alternate chicken and vegetables on skewers.  (Can be prepared 2 hours ahead.  Cover and refrigerate.)   Prepare barbecue (medium heat).  Spoon remaining marinade over kebabs and grill until chicken is cooked through, about 5 minutes per side.  Serve over rice.   Serves 8-10.
