1 package (7-oz/198 g) Whole Wheat Pizza Crust Mix
2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into very thin strips
1-1/2 Tablespoons/25 mL Watkins Caribbean Spice Rub
1 Tablespoon/15 mL Watkins Original Grapeseed Oil
1 cup/250 ML sliced Shiitake mushrooms
1/2 cup/125 mL sliced onion
1/3 cup/80 mL tomato sauce
3 Tablespoons/45 mL Tropical Salsa
1/2 cup/125 mL shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup/125 mL shredded Provolone or smoked mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 450 F/235 CPrepare pizza crust according to package directions.  Meanwhile, toss chicken strips with spice rub; sauté in oil until done.  Remove chicken from pan and sauté mushrooms for 1 minute in pan drippings; set aside.  Combine tomato sauce and Tropical Salsa.  Spread this mixture on top of prepared crust.  Top with chicken, mushrooms and cheeses.  Bake for 12 to 14 minutes or until crust and cheese are golden brown.  Makes 6 servings.
