Marinated Carrot Sticks


3 to 4 medium carrots, cut into 4-inch long strips
1/4 cup/60 mL water
1/4 cup/60 mL white vinegar
2 tbsp/30 mL Watkins Original Grapeseed Oil
1/2 tsp/2.5 mL Watkins Seasoning Salt
1/2 tsp/2.5 mL Watkins Dill
1/4 tsp/1.2 mL Watkins Garlic Granules
Dash Watkins Black Pepper

Arrange carrots upright in clean pint jar. In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; blend well. Pour over carrots. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight, shaking occasionally.

Makes about 30 carrot sticks.
